A former YWCA, the Jasper has undergone a radical face-lift, redesigned and polished to a shine. Some rooms face onto a stylish courtyard, while others have views over the Queen Victoria Market or the city center. Several rooms are optimized for disabled access. The ambience is angled toward soft lighting and a calming atmosphere, but it's close to transport and the city center. There's also an on-site kitchen and bar, perfect for early breakfasts and people-watching.
