Chef Simon Bryant has become somewhat of a local celebrity, having appeared on a national weekly TV program. Although his restaurant has a lively and relaxed atmosphere, Bryant is renowned for his insistence on top-quality local produce. The menu from the open kitchen changes every season, but always makes use of local specialties from the Fleurieu Peninsula, Kangaroo Island, and the local Central Markets around the corner.
