Kenji, the chef and owner, is one of the few in Australia to hold a license to prepare fugu (pufferfish), so it goes without saying this should be first on your list—you'll experience a great amalgamation of taste, texture, and presentation. Other famous dishes include the extremely fresh sushi and sashimi boat (oysters, sushi, sashimi, pickled fish, etc.), which serves 2–3 people. It's not cheap, but the quality of the food is worth the price, and the daily changing kaiseki eight-course degustation menu is pure genius.
