Here, the usual surf'n'turf options are replaced by inventive, seasonal mod Oz-Mediterranean dishes. You can start with freshly shucked oysters or lemon-pepper calamari, and follow it with crispy-skinned Tasmanian salmon, kangaroo loin, or Moreton Bay bugs (crayfish) in season. Delectable desserts might include a passionfruit semi-freddo with mango-lychee coulis, a gluten-free chocolate soufflé, or coconut panna cotta. Vegetarian and children's meals are available; the coffee's a cut above the norm, and the wine list is extensive.
