Hayman Island Restaurants

All restaurants are within the resort complex. Reservations are recommended and in some cases essential: they can be made with ease through the resort's concierge. Dress for all Hayman’s evening restaurants is "smart resort wear"—no jerseys, shorts, or flip-flops.

Restaurant opening times are staggered so you always have at least two dining options; guests can breakfast in their rooms or at Azure. During the day, eat at the Beach Pavilion, snack by the Pool Bar, or preorder a picnic hamper.

Hayman offers various epicurean events, including design-your-own dinners, with tables set up on Hayman Beach or in Rainforest Grove; and exclusive degustation dining experiences that include up to 12 courses, matched wines, culinary tips from your chef, and behind-scenes tours of Hayman’s vast wine cellar.
