Cam Ranh International Airport is 30 km (18 miles) from Nha Trang, Flights between Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City take about one hour. There are several flights a day to Dalat's Lien Khuong Airport from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Vinh. Buon Ma Thuot is served from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang, Vinh, and Haiphong. The former U.S. airbase at Pleiku is now the Pleiku Airport, which welcomes several flights a day from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and one flight a day from Danang. Quy Nhon has direct flights between from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Cam Ranh International Airport. Cam Ranh International Airport serves the Nha Trang area, and is located around 20 miles from Nha Trang city. Taxis to and from the airport to Nha Trang cost around 350,000d–400,000d ($15–$20), and take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. The airport has multiple daily domestic flights to and from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, and Hai Phong. Lien Khuong Airport. Lien Khuong Airport is the biggest in Lam Dong province and primarily serves the city of Da Lat. It is currently used only for domestic use, and has regular daily flights to and from Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Hanoi, and Vinh, while it also has a twice weekly flight to Can Tho city. Flights to Ho Chi Minh City and Danang take about one hour and it is about 90 minutes to Ha Noi. Lien Khuong Airport is located about 20 miles outside of Da Lat, on National Highway 20. Phu Cat Airport (Quy Nhon). Phu Cat airport is located around 20 miles northwest of the coastal city of Quy Nhon. It hosts multiple daily flights to and from the countries biggest cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. A taxi ride from the airport into Quy Nhon takes around 40 minutes and costs approximately 350,000d–400,000d ($18–$20). Visitors should take note that the price should often be negotiated beforehand.
