The Central Coast is home to some of the most luxurious resorts and hotels in the country, with the highest concentration found in Hoi An and Danang. Small hotels and guesthouses (which are more commonly known locally as homestays) have also upped their game. For five-star experiences you’ll find your money goes a lot further in Hue, where luxury hotels and resorts are, for the most part, located just outside of the city. As long-stay beach vacations become more fashionable, coastal areas that were once considered remote have started to develop.
