This open-air restaurant makes a splendid flounder (or whatever whitefish happens to be fresh that day) cooked in banana leaves, as well as a refreshing squid salad prepared with lemon, onion, peanuts, and cucumber. The view of the lantern-lit street and the Thu Bon River a couple of meters away add to its authentic Vietnamese vibe.
