If you needed any more convincing of Danang's up-and-coming restaurant scene, you'll find it in this cool, two-story shrine to industrial design, just west of the Dragon Bridge. Opened in 2014, Nuong Da Thanh is the Vietnamese sister restaurant to the Waterfront on Bach Dang, but the Vietnamese cuisine here is on another level, transforming classic Vietnamese staples and giving them a more modern edge.
