Basic but spacious, clean and functional, with dark wood furniture and Vietnamese-style bathrooms, the pastel-blue four-story Thanh Binh 1 Hotel is a good budget choice. The set-up is designed for domestic tourists and the location is slightly out of town, but it's acceptable if you're watching your pennies and prepared to rent a motorbike. It's much tidier than other hotels in the same price range in this region.
