Fodor's Expert Review Eat Sense
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Despite its manicured grounds, this is not a resort, just a restaurant that serves great Thai food. The dining area has several small fountains and towering palms from which hang giant paper lanterns—you can dine on the patio beside the beach or on couches beneath white umbrellas. The exotic creations include Phuket lobster with eggplant and Kaffir lime leaves in a green curry paste. The locally caught fish, always a treat, is served in all kinds of exotic sauces and styles. Before dinner enjoy creative cocktails, some of them served in coconut shells, watermelons, or other natural containers. Reservations are recommended, particularly during high season.
