Located in the north of the island, Khao Pra Taew is the last virgin rain forest in Phuket. You can take a hike through the park (8 km) or just take a walk up to the beautiful Tonsai waterfall. The Gibbon Project is one of the major draws to the park, but the park itself is worth a visit for those who want to wander through a real tropical rain forest.
