At this sumptuous bilevel club you can dine on Cantonese food or sit in the nondiner's gallery. Singaporean, Taiwanese, and Filipino singers entertain in English and Chinese, joined occasionally by a mischievous European dance troupe. It's the only nightclub in Singapore licensed to feature occasional topless cabaret shows. On a more traditional note, there's ballroom and social dancing every Tuesday night.
