The opulent—if a little confused—decor includes massive Czech crystal chandeliers and towering gold-leaf Buddhas. The bar claims to be the first in Asia to specialize in prosecco (sparkling white wine) and vodka. It's part of IndoChine, so there's Indo-Chinese finger food, such as spring rolls and prawns on sugarcane.
