Fodor's Expert Review Vansh
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
At this Indian restaurant with decor that brings to mind a groovy lounge you can watch the chefs work their culinary magic in the open stainless-steel kitchen. Some of the food is presented in styles borrowed from other cultures; the Indian "tapas" menu, for example, or the Japanese crockery that some of the larger entrées are presented in. All main dishes come with dal, basmati rice, a daily side dish, and a small piece of naan; they all start with papadam (deep-fried lentil crackers) and chutneys.
