Go to Singapore and Buy a Whole Fancy Car out of an Actual Gigantic Vending Machine

Singapore is now home to one of the world’s largest vending machines—and it dispenses luxury cars. We’re talking Bentleys, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis. It is being called the “world's largest luxury car vending machine.”

Autobahn Motors opened this 15-story showroom in December, where customers choose a car to look at from a touchscreen on the ground. The vehicles are on display in 60 slots, and arrive in around 2 minutes upon being “vended.” This is by way of a very advanced method that manages vehicle retrieval called a “fish-bone type lift system”–so, don’t worry, they don’t just fall to the ground, like a regular snack might in a normal sized vending machine. They are safely brought to the ground, so that you may look at them.

“We needed to meet our requirement of storing a lot of cars. At the same time, we wanted to be creative and innovative,” Gary Hong, general manager at Autobahn Motors, told Reuters.

Vehicles currently on offer run from classic cars to more modern luxury sports cars. As well as being one of the larger vending machines around, we’re guessing it’s also probably the one of the more expensive.
