Although Sahib Sindh Sultan is not as established as some of the older restaurants over on M.I. Road, it's quickly becoming one of the most popular places for Jaipur's foodies to feast. It's a family restaurant inside a modern shopping mall, but don't let that deter you; the interior is fashioned from the boxcar of an old train, which is fun, and the rich food is delicious and served in generous portions—try the PKB (initials for Pista, Kaju - cashew and Badam - almonds) pistachios, cashews, and almonds simmered in onion and tomato sauce).
