This strictly ayurvedic resort, located 2 km (1 mile) south of Kovalam on 15 lush acres by the sea, offers lodging in traditional wooden houses and simple brick cottages. The rooms are simply furnished with wooden beds and all have mosquito nets; some offer air-conditioning. Guests wear green robes during their stay and focus on absorbing ayurvedic treatments and daily yoga and meditation classes. The resort shares a restaurant with its sister property, Manaltheeram, located next door.
