Fodor's Expert Review Top Deck

For a long time the Jumbo Floating Restaurant and Dragon Court were the only places to eat at Aberdeen's famed Jumbo Kingdom, but now there's Top Deck, a classier, less kitschy—though equally pricey—alfresco option on the roof deck of the big boat, beneath a three-story pagoda. It has a vastly better views (and breezes) than the indoor restaurants beneath so if the weather permits, you should sit outdoors. The menu is somewhat haphazard (Thai, Japanese, Indian, Italian, steak) but generally good. The raw bar is the best option if you like seafood. The weekend brunch is also a great way to relax on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
