The owners have sought to create the feeling of an Italian villa through the use of marbling, molded ceilings, and natural wood floors. Wide verandas afford superb views of the city, Table Mountain, and Devil's Peak. Rooms have colorful draperies, luxurious finishes, wicker furniture, and small-pane windows. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center.
