Offering both certification classes (for everyone from first-timers to PADI masters) and pleasure dives, Lua Lua Diving, based at The Wave development in Seeb, is the most popular dive outfitter in Muscat. Four daily dives are conducted at the Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve, made up of nine rocky outcrops over 11 nautical miles that are connected by coral gardens. There divers can see whale sharks, reef fish, stingrays, leopard sharks, and sea turtles in the comfortably tepid water.
