Time

Morocco observes Greenwich Mean Time year-round (five hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time), so for most of the year it's on the same clock as the United Kingdom: five hours ahead of New York and one hour behind Continental Europe. Morocco observes Daylight Saving Time during the same period as Continental Europe, except when Ramadan is in summer, when the country temporarily goes back into Winter Time, which is two hours behind Continental Europe or four hours ahead of New York.
