One of two Sofitel brand hotels in Agadir, this branch manages to provide both privacy and intimacy on a grand scale. It's decked out in teak, and mixes elegant kasbah style with Oriental warmth. It has great beach access, a daily fish market at lunchtime, and the most exclusive nightclub in town. Four-poster beds and large hammocks surround the divine private swimming pool. It's worth spending a little extra for a room with a pool or ocean view and balcony, rather than a garden view. Half-board and full-board options are available.
