Fodor's Expert Review Buza Ice Cream Factory

Artisanal ice-cream-making workshops are offered at the factory of the budding Buza Ice Cream chain. During the hour-long session, participants earn about the ice-cream-making process and taste the results of their hard work. Although the workshop is geared toward kids, adults can participate; everyone can savor tastings from the adjacent shop, including cardamom- or chocolate-flavored specialty cones filled with seasonal sorbets and ice creams. Reservations are required for the workshop.
