The 20 types of coffee, including brews from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Colombia, and Ethiopia, are not the only attraction at Ilan's. The coffee shop is a pioneer for importing products that adhere to international Fair Trade Standards, which ensures just prices for the farmers producing the product. A selection of teas, specialty sandwiches, and desserts are also on hand.
