Fodor's Expert Review Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem

26 Agron St., Jerusalem, Jerusalem, 9419007, Israel

In a former treasury building, this luxurious lodging wraps around a four-story-high courtyard flooded with natural light and sparkling with greenery. Greco-Roman, Gothic, and Ottoman flourishes distinguish the fabulous facade. The location, steps from the Old City and Downtown, is impossible to beat. Rooms are glitteringly well-appointed, pampering you with Nespresso machines, iPads on the writing desk, and bathrooms with heated floors. There are a couple of chic bar areas and an airy restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. A spa is scheduled to open sometime in 2017.
