Fodor's Expert Review Palatin Hotel

4 Agrippas St., Jerusalem, Jerusalem, 9430102, Israel

Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.

Proprietor Tody Warshavsky's grandfather built the Palatin Hotel in 1936, and members of the Knesset, which used to be just up the road, stayed here when parliament was in session. Back then, one bathroom per floor was considered modern, but now all 28 of the smallish rooms have their own. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi connections. Breakfast is served in the original dining room overlooking the bustling Agrippas Street. The great location, just off the intersection of Jaffa Street and King George Avenue, is its biggest appeal.
