Car Travel

Driving is the most comfortable and convenient way to tour this region. You can take Route 2 (the coastal road) or Route 4 (parallel to Route 2, but slightly inland) north along the coast from Tel Aviv to Haifa, continuing on Route 4 up to the Lebanese border. From Jerusalem follow Route 1 to Tel Aviv; connect via the Ayalon Highway to Herzliya and Route 2. Toll road Route 6 also connects to Route 1 and saves time.
