Fodor's Expert Review Nisco Museum of Mechanical Music

Nisan Cohen, a colorful and charming character who knows everything there is to know about old mechanical musical instruments, has amassed 150 music boxes, hand-operated automatic pianos, manivelles, antique gramophones on which to play his collection of old Yiddish records, and more antique musical marvels. Cohen is pleased to give you a guided tour and then treat you to a personal concert. His sense of humor and gift of the gab make for a touching and intriguing experience.
