Money Matters

The coastal resorts of the Red Sea and the Sinai have a good number of ATMs and exchange bureaus. Most major hotels will have an ATM in the foyer, and you will be able to exchange foreign currency at reception (check exchange rates, which may not be advantageous when compared to commercial exchange bureaus). The towns in the canal area have fewer ATMs but a good supply of banks and commercial exchange agencies.
