Archaeologists in Egypt recently stumbled upon a history-changing find: a 7,000-year-old city lost to time with some very important residents. Experts say that the “huge” graves found on the site–larger than royal ones nearby prove “the importance of the people buried there and their high social standing during this early era of ancient Egyptian history.” Archaeologists don’t know the identity of the inhabitants yet, but a discovery of this magnitude may put Egypt higher on history buff’s travel lists in the future.
