Seun Shokunbi

Seun Shokunbi [pronounced Shewn SHōkoonbee] is a past contributor to Face2Face Africa, a blogger on Medium, and a speaker for TEDx, Columbia Business School, Boston College, and Rutgers University. She was awarded as a 2019 Women of Inspiration honoree by the Corporate Counsel Women of Color for her work addressing the gender pay and investment capital gap experienced by Black/African women entrepreneurs. For the past two years, Seun has produced vlogs and advice columns on living/traveling in Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Cape Town, and Lagos as CEO of Karfi, a consulting and leadership development firm for professionals from the African diaspora. She earned a B.A. in English and Communications from Fordham University in New York City, then moved to London to complete a Master’s degree in International Management (magna cum laude) at SOAS, University of London, focusing on human capital development in the Middle East and North Africa.
