Jordi Lippe-McGraw has been a freelance writer for 8 years, covering travel, parenting, and wellness for outlets like Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, Forbes, and more. In addition, she's appeared on TODAY, MSNBC, and E! for her expertise and guest-hosted podcasts for Expedia and Conde Nast Traveler. Personally and professionally, she has traveled to over 55 countries on all 7 continents (including Antarctica at 5 months pregnant) and was named a finalist for the Specialist Travel Writer award at the 2021 Travel Media Awards. Before becoming a freelance travel writer, Jordi was the Entertainment Director at Life & Style and In Touch magazines, covering celebrity news. She holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University with a concentration in Women's Studies and was named one of the Top 100 Student Journalists in the Nation by UWIRE. While in college, Jordi worked for Current TV as a video journalist and was one of the youngest reporters to cover the 2008 New Hampshire primaries. She's lived in Boston, Los Angeles, and Costa Rica but currently resides in the New York City area with her husband and son, who join along on her adventures. In 2023, she will launch a premium accessories line called PAKRêve for families that travel.
