She is also the owner of www.BritishFoodandTravel.com and has authored multiple books about Kentucky food and history, including “Wicked Lexington” and “A Culinary History of Kentucky.” Her love of travel embraces food, the outdoors, and the quirky. She has worked on a mountain hut in Germany, spent a month with rescued primates in South Africa, and walked across England for fun. Originally from the south coast of England, Fiona lived in rural Japan and Iowa before moving to Lexington, KY which she has called home for the past 20 years.
