Baking class in Paris?
And I mean baking rather than cooking, and something hands on and not just a bakery tour. Google shows several options for a half day in English, and I would welcome any advice based on actual experience. Thanks,

She’s not in Paris but close. I have done her baking classes online and she is wonderful.
Molly Wilk is in Versaille and had a baking class. https://www.mollyjwilk.com/classes-in-versailles/

In Dec. 2023 we did a baking class at Miss Manon bakery in the Marais.
We made baguettes, croissants, and Madelines in a 2 hr. class.
Not exactly from scratch, the dough was rising when we arrived, but one of the highlights of our trip. Even my husband, who is not a cook in any way, loved it.

Lots of butter in those Madeline’s
Even non-cooks can have fun baking
Our finished products went home with us

I have done classes at La Cuisine and a Cookin’ with Class, I prefer Cookin’ with Class.
because it is a nicer experience(note the bottle of wine- they also serve a bit of food with a sauce class, Le cuisine served pieces of bread which imo did not give the full experience) but it is also a little bit more expensive. Over the years since 2009 I think I have done about 10 classes with them and I’ve only done two at La Cuisune.
