Cambodia eVisa and eArrival

I have a plan to visit Siem Reap and received my eVisa from Cambodia. Yesterday AirAsia, my carrier to Siem Reap, sent me an email with a link I need to use to file eArrival before I fly. I tried that but it was doing the same as applying eVisa including passport pic. I think it will get to the point where I need to pay fee again. Does anyone know it is essential to file eArrival to Cambodia even though you already secured an eVisa? What’s the difference between eVisa and eArrival?
Thanks.
