QUIET restaurant in charleston, WV?
my friend and i are both hard of hearing, and we wear hearing aids. unfortunately, this means that the noise in practically all restaurants is unbearable and we can't even hear each other b/c of it.

are there any QUIET restaurants in charleston, WV, for lunch? thanks!
