Hi,


I’m currently planning a trip to the Dominican in September.

I have two questions which I can’t seem to find much about on the web;

1. How to explore the jungle in Samana? Are there any excursions, a guided tour? Or if possible to go alone, where are the best spots? Anything like this around Las Galeras or Las Terrenas?

2. We would like a boat trip around the cano frio but can’t seem to find anything to book?



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree. Lots more active for the Caribbean on Trip Advisor. Read and post there for help.

I've been to the DR a couple times but too long ago and not to the places you are asking about (was in Puerta Plata, Sosua, Santo Domingo).
