2 weeks in Turkey in Summer- Itinerary. Please Help

Dear Fodorites,
I'm planning for a two-week's vacation with family in Turkey in August. I've made a 'final' itinerary following multiple iterations based on the travel reports posted here and also based on feedback I received from a couple of my Turkish colleagues. Though I was planning to spend days in Pamukkale, Cappadocia and the Mediterranean coast, I cut down to spending a couple of days at Kas and Antalya each due to expected summer heat there. It is highly appreciated if you could give your most valuable feedback on the itinerary below.

Day 1- Fly to Antalya from Dubai by noon, collect rental car from airport and drive to Kas. Stay at Lukka Exclusive Hotel/ Resort
Day 2 - At Kas. Go for Boat Trip by Captain Ergun- Kekova and Sunken City. Whole day activity
Day 3 - Drive to Antalya. On the way, visit Olympos Beach. Stay at rented apartment.
Day 4 - Antalya. Visit Duden Waterfalls, Lara beach et al. Return rental car
Day 5 - Antalya. Visit Land of Legends Theme Park during day. Visit Terracity Mall in the evening (for wife and teenage daughter
Day 6 - Fly to Trabzon in the morning. Collect rental car and drive to Kalincam/ Foleya Mountain Resort. On the way, visit Calkoy Cave
Day 7 - Visit Zigana Pass, Soumela Monastery
Day 8 - Idle day at the resort
Day 9 - Drive to Trabzon and drop-off the car. Fly to Istanbul from Trabzon. Stay at Radisson Hotel Sultanahmet
Day 10 - Istanbul
Day 11 - Istanbul
Day 12 - Istanbul
Day 13 - Fly back to Dubai afternoon

Cheers

Please someone tell me if the summer is 'bearable' in Antalya and Kas, keeping in mind I come from a region where it's 46 deg. C in August.

I never found Pamukkale or Pamphylia (Antalya - Kas area) too hot in summer. I live in Switzerland.

Can someone recommend me the best place in Istanbul to watch the Dervish Performance? I heard that one offered at Hodjapasha is excellent.

May be you are interested in the whirling dervishes of Konya too. https://eskapas.com/whirling-dervishes-ceremony/
You may travel through Konya at your way from Cappadocia to Antalya.
