Girls Trip Fun in Barcelona help needed
Hey all. I am going with 5 girlfriends to Barcelona in February for about 5 days. We want to do FUN stuff...museums need not apply here. We have all been there before on tourist trips. Now we just want to do some food/wine/fun stuff. Any recommendations? We plan to do a bike food tour. Other ideas? We are all in our 40's so not going for late night clubs.

Depending on when you will be there maybe Carnival will be going on. It’s at the end of February next year.
You can see it in Barcelona, also in Sitges and Tarragona. Sitges is closer but Tarragona is a wonderful place to visit.

Forgot to mention jazz clubs, if you all are jazz fans.
We've enjoyed the Thursday night, 2-hour jazz sessions from 9-11 pm at the Hotel Casa Fuster in its beautiful downstairs Café Vienés. One can go for just for the jazz session and a welcome drink or have a tapas menu or a full course dinner. We've gone just for the jazz session + drink--it's a very upmarket, very comfortable venue. Woody Allen has played there, filmed a scene of his movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona there, and their line up is first rate.

Other jazz clubs--
Harlem Jazz Club (the oldest) in the Gothic Quarter
https://www.harlemjazzclub.es/en/
Jamboree

There's also the possibility, weather permitting, of going on a 5 pm sunset jazz cruise with Orsom. These are scheduled all year long, but are, of course, weather dependent. There's the jazz cruise and the Sunday vermouth cruise and a cruise with flamenco guitarist as well.

The bar Paradiso, mentioned in post #6, just was named number 3 in the annual "the World Best Bars" awards held today in London. You can find it by walking through the fridge at the back of a pastrami shop in the El Born district of Barcelona.

'colles castelleres' - or human towers are probably more local. Not sure if there are any activities for you to take part.
